When I was working with my site this message suddenly came up:
"Argument 1 passed to Concrete\Core\Html\Image::__construct() must be an instance of Concrete\Core\File\File, boolean given".
Now I can´t do anything. What happened? Is there a way to reset everything or reinstall?

What was the custom page template that you were trying to use?
The template is "Home V3"
What was the last block you used before encountering the issue?
I used the page list block with "Calyx four column features" setting.

Are you sure that this is pag list - four column feature template?

I tried to connect with filezilla but I can't connect, having issue with
the DNS.
Though I was able to check the files in the browser.
Just wondering if I can modify the file with the ftp access. It would be
helpful for me to solve the issue.
Just PM the credentials.

Go ahead and modify the files. I haven´t done anything important on the site yet anyway.

How strange. I can connect with Transmit without any trouble. I use standard settings and passive mode.
I will talk to surftown.com support and ask them about the problem, they might have a solution.

Forgot to tell I´m using a Linux webserver so you have to check passive mode

The login to the FTP has been changed so if you want to try again you have to give me your email-address so it won´t go public again.
I really need you to reply as soon as you can and give me a solution.

Hi again. I did a new C5 installation in a new directory and database, because there were problems with the template customize area (completely blank) so I figured there were more problems.
I installed the theme and now it´s working (so far). I will contact you again if the problem comes back.
