Where are the page types

I bought Camera Arts for the great intro page and the other page type options displayed in the marketplace, but I only have one template available to pick from. Can anyone help me out here?

Steven, The version of c5 out now does not line up with the version in your video. Also, the video should show users how to setup a new theme , but the video was shot using a site with the theme already configured. so the video can only talk about what we should see, not what you are showing us... very confusing.
The Camera Arts theme looks so nice once it is configured but out of the box, the menus are not setup right and the home page is missing the banner image. Maybe use the "Documentation" option to tell people how to setup the theme... It's also easier to update with changes.
