What browser? I found out that blocks can't be moved on Safari. But I managed somehow to move blocks around using Firefox.

When searching for this problem last night I found (somewhere) that z-index settings effect whether you can move blocks or not. There are several of those settings in the LESS code (which becomes CSS) however I don't know what I can change/remove and how it will effect other things.

Can someone more experienced (or Vivid yourself) please give us some advice/direction because at the moment if I want to move a block/s then I have to copy to clipboard, delete, and then paste from clipboard. I'm concerned of the amount of effort that would require if I need to insert something else into the main section up the top. Would I need to use the copy/paste technique for every block? Plus recreate all my layouts the same way/size?
