About PageList block template

Hello.
I'm considering choosing this theme.
My site uses a lot of "page list", so this is a question I would like to ask.
There is an example of 3 grids in this theme, but I would like to know if there are any other block templates. .
Is it easy to expand to 2 or 4 grids even if there is no block template?
I can do simple extensions, but not advanced ones.

It's possible to have a 2,3 or 4 column layout for the blog and portfolio layouts, the layouts can be set from the Modena Theme Options page. I will add that these are set globally so if you set them once they are the same all over the site for all page lists.
