I am extremely sorry you are getting this error, we are currently investigating the issue, and concrete CMS themselves are also investigating the issue, I am still waiting to hear back from them.
You can bypass this issue by doing a manual install, if you are not sure how to do a manual install please let me know and I can give you full instructions on how to do it, it doesn’t take very long.
Of course if you still want a refund I am happy to do that for you.

I did not check the Concrete CMS marketplace support page for a response. But I did receive a follow-up email yesterday regarding my installation issue. If I can work around the issue with a manual installation through my A2 hosting server via the C-panel, then send me the instructions and I'll try installing the Modena theme manually. If that doesn't work, I'll request a refund.
