Yes, we are currently working on the V9 version of Modena. When V9 was announced we were told that it would be backwards compatible, sadly this is only true of the core, most themes and add-ons need a lot of changes to work with V9 we are working our way through it, but without documentation its a slow process.

There will definitely be a version of Modena for V9 but as yet we don't have a firm timeframe we can give you.

We are planning to release Modena for 9.0.3 on its release, with the caveat that there are no more theme breaking bugs in the core.
