What's Going On With The Slider?
Permalink Browser Info Environment
So I have the same issue with linking from the slider as a number of folks had (the links did not work) but I also have an additional concern. When I debug the code in Chrome I get the following error:
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URLhttp://gotv4u.com/campaigning/volunteer-managment/... from frame with URLhttp://dsparking.com/?domainname=gotv4u.com&a_id=48873&sess... Domains, protocols and ports must match.
The .js file referenced where the error is occuring is: show_afd_ads. So it looks like the slider is trying to serve me ads of some type. None of the other page links I have suffer from this. I also have some pretty good virus/ad/spam protection that runs at leats daily so I don't think its something on my end.
Has anyone seen this before and has anyone got a reply about the links not working? Support here seems pretty slow.

In the view.php for the powerslider, I replaced this line (at line 30ish):
$theLink = DIR_REL.$theLink;
with
$theLink = DIR_REL.'/index.php'.$theLink;
and the links worked fine.
This is a kludge since obviously you don't want a literal like that in your code. Hopefully, support will fix it the right way at some time.
I think the redirect was actually the browser trying to redirect me to an ad/error page since it got an invalid URL.
