Change background color?

Using the Obsidian theme, trying to figure out how to easily change the background color of a page and/or add a background image. How do I do this?

This can be done directly through CSS or accessing the "Design" option when you click on a block in C5. The backgrounds in Obsidian are dynamic gradients that are done using CSS. Are you changing only the color of that gradient or are you trying to superimpose a wholly new background on a given page?
