"Feature" Block with Squares

In one of the starting pages (the Services 1 page) you have the "Feature" blocks with square icons and a nice hover over as well. Wondering how I would be able to go about setting that up on another page.

Each block in the Pixel theme is wrapped in a container that holds information about the block type & template that has been used. If you know your way around browser inspectors, you can see that info for imitating any widget. (See `Instructions` page #38)
In your case:
block type: feature
block template: pixel_side_icon
and you add these custom classes for the effect: fbox-effect / fbox-outline / fbox-rounded
