Reducing the white space on sides on mobile page location

Hello, I am trying to reduce the side margins on a mobile device, I found the code on your support section.
But i dont know where I update this, could you please be so kind to help me, wich directory this is located and the name of the file, I assume is a part of a style sheet, but I have no idea where to look for it!

but unfortunately I could not see any document broken by pages. Could you please advise.
My client will not accept the project if I don't fix the margins
