Refund - theme will not work with company logo/branding requirements

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Good morning,
We need to request a refund for our purchase of the Replica Pro + package that we purchased yesterday. We have spent the better part of two days trying to work around the tiny logo area offered in the header and simply can not make the theme work with our branding standards. I have attached a screenshot.

We need considerably more space to fit our logo to meet our branding standards, and currently the logo is so small it is unreadable. We would need at least 3 times the length offered by the theme to make our logo the minimum size demanded by our branding standards, and as such this theme will not work for us - something that we could not determine prior to our purchase of the theme.

Thank you,
Bryce Tugwell

Hi,
This would be a totally acceptable route for us. Thank you. I didn't realize this was an issue that could be addressed. I have attached the logo that we need to use as a guide.

Thank you very much for your support, you have earned a very positive review for your promptness in reply and solution.

Thanks much,

Hi Bryce,

You can customize the size of your logo by introducing a CSS code in the theme customizer.

You can navigate to the customizer by following these steps:

- Go to page "Design" section (screenshot1).
- Click on "Customize" button in the bottom of the panel (screenshot2).
- Click on the active preset under "Customizations" section (screenshot3).
- Click on the "Edit CSS" button in the bottom of the panel (screenshot4).

- To change the logo size you can copy this snippet, you can specify the width amount that you wish( 300px in this example - screenshot5):

div.ccm-page .rp-header .rp-logo img {
    width: 300px;
}

- After Copying the CSS code you can close to opened popup and click on the "Save Styles" button in the bottom right.
- Make sure that the "Entire Site" option is selected and confirm (screenshot6).

You can apply this solution and lets us know if there any other troubles.

Kind Regards,
Xanweb Support Team

Good Morning and thanks for following up. Unfortunately after we spoke our server decided it was time to die, and we have been re-provisioning a series of websites on a new server ever since - including the new site which I wrote about. It will likely be next week before I am able to get back on track and install the theme again to test it.

I am sorry about the timing, But I will get back to you to confirm. I am confident that the issue will be solved, if it is not for whatever reason I will let you know.

Thanks much for your follow up.
