also cant activate Replica theme

Please assist i just installed version concrete v8.5.2 and i cant seem to install the replica theme? i uploaded it to the themes directory unzipped it and i cant see it in the add functionality tab? please assist we really like this them and it will work great with our new content...

i wanted to test theme before buying the pro version, but i cant get it installed???

You've uploaded the package to themes directory, it will not work as it's packaged already.

sorry one more thing please, now that i have installed the package, in themes it i cant click on activate? the button is grayed out, i can select it as a mobile theme but not as the main?
If it's grayed, so it's already active :-)
Which version of Replica PRO you're trying to install?
