I have been told, at the moment downloading and installing any packages from within the ConcreteCMS dashboard, the system does not offer the option to select which version to download.

It might be a temporary BUG issue, I am not sure.
But now apparently you are also told me you did not have the multiple option of which version to choose from?

I actually do not know which version you have installed, as it does not appear to me among your shared system environment information.

I suspect the only option you have is to upload the download the theme Résumé version you wish and then upload it via FTP or via your Control Panel manually.

The option you propose with the refund and purchase again would not work, at the present time I am afraid
