I have re installed Concrete, and applied this theme several times. It is not responsive by default, as it is in the demo.
It may in fact work properly on mobile devices. However, the responsiveness is apparent in the demo when scaling the browser, when installed into concrete5.6.2.1, no scaling occurs.

Opening Support tickets is always a better way to get a quick response. In any case, the theme is responsive, but not in the way you'd expect. It is responsive to the device, not the browser. Check your phone/tablet - you'll see it's just fine.

Many thanks for your prompt and excellent reply. When viewed via a mobile device with its browser's user agent set to mobile, it really works rather nicely indeed. Thanks for the hint.

I just installed this "Simply Grunge" theme as well and have noticed precisely the same issue you are having. This theme does not appear to be responsive by default.
I am wondering whether you have managed to fix this issue or whether you've given up and chosen another theme instead?
