How to see the default content of the theme?

I have successfully installed the theme. But the default content which is promised as shipped along with the theme, is not showing up. How to get the sample content in the website? Please help.

Thank you for your reply. I installed the theme by connecting my site to concrete5 site. The theme was automatically installed and I did not see an option as in your picture. Is there any option to install the content after installing the theme?

When you installed a theme, were Site Contents swapped?
