Edit Bar Dissappears

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello, I'm trying to use the Sub Atomik theme but when I enable it, I loose the edit bar. Can't edit any pages. I have checked and there are no console errors when the edit bar does not display. I have also tried clearing browser cache, concrete5 cache, server cache. None seem to make a difference. If I switch back to built-in Atomik theme, it works fine. Edit bar displays. Any ideas?

I am also having the same issue.
happened after I made edits to top nav block. Rolled back to unedited version and it works.
Deselecting the transparent option seems to cause the issue.
