Website down...

Hi,
1- Sorry for my bad english, this is really not my first language
2- I've buy urban today and tried to install it on my website but I get a fatal error and i searched on the internet for a solution... Many people said to just delete all and restart from the begening... its what i did.
3- I wanted to reinstall Urban but surprise! I cant... I have to buy it again.
Solution? I dont want to pay 35$ again... in the same day... for the same website... for something im not sure it will work...
