classes get added but not anything else

Permalink Browser Info Environment
On the html mailto links that I have on my site, I see that Automatic Email Obfuscator is added the CSS classes to the links but is not replacing or adding the needed random text string between the "@" and the domain.

Is it due to possibly to the html format I have on the mailto links? for example:
<a href="mailto:email@mydomain.com"> <i class="glyphicon glyphicon-envelope"></i> email@mydomain.com</a>

Hi!

Can you post a link to the site?

No need. I figured out another way of doing it.

I used a combo of hard coding and javascript using the ROT13 method described here:
