The Gallery doesn't work

Hello and good day

I liked your gallery, so I bought it. But:

1:) When I want to edit the block, a small bar appears (see picture attachment). Only the second time "Edit Block" comes the gallery.

2.) The gallery "Masonry" looks quite confused (see picture in the appendix). It's the same with all the other designs.

Can you help me, please?

Hi,

1) It's a bug in current version of concrete5, when using color pickers in blocks. You need to wait till core team fix it.

2) Do you have any errors in Chrome console (press CTRL+SHIFT+I in Chrome browser)?
It looks like css and js files are not loading (or some error is preventing it from happening).

1.) Bug: All other blocks don't have the bug, even a free-gallery doesn't. But I will wait ...

2.) Console: There is no error message and no message at all (see picture in appendix).

What do I have to do?

1) Only blocks that are using color picker fields are bugged, rest works normally.

2) Is this site online, so I can look into it? Was cache cleared?

All content on your page should be wrapped with div that contains class "ccm-page". Right now you have it present but only header is inside it. It's basic requirement for c5 theming, so you need to modify your template to have working gallery.

I had in the "header.php" a </div> too much ...

Now I'm happy to furnish the galleries for the children!

I just bought your gallery for another website project. Also at
# concrete5 version
Core Version - 8.5.4
the error occurs.
Is there a solution? How do I explain this bug to my customers?

It seems this bug will not be fixed anytime soon, so I replaced built-in color picker with custom one.
Download latest release (1.3.3) of gallery and this problem should be fixed.
