The video player displays controls while it is playing, and while the user has their mouse over the video. If they move their mouse away from the video, the controls will disappear.
When the video is played fullscreen, the controls will automatically disappear after a certain amount of time, when the user's mouse has stopped moving. It will reappear again when they move their mouse.
If the user is on an iPhone/iPod/iPad, content will be provided with HTML5 instead. These include the "controls" attribute, which should prompt these devices to display their own controls
