How to auto-includes Search Tools in template

I would like to add auto-include the Search Tools - Advanced Page List into a template. How do I go about doing that? To include it in the way as discussed here:

Basically I would like to list the most recent 5 pages of a custom property by date. Also could you list how to load the block and the different setting with possible values?

I may write a litte how to do that sometimes, but it's really similiar like it's done you can see in the post links you posted.
