Images is stuck with the spinner
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi. When I click on the thumbnail images nothing happens. Template is "Simple shadow copy).
It shows the spinner and stays there. See image. Upgraded to the latest touch gallery version and using the latest core version.
What can be the problem?
Regards
Peter

FYI I tried in the following browsers: Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Brave and they all worked.
Hi again,
I am on a Mac and tested Safari, Chrome and Opera with same result.

I'm afraid I don't have access to a MAC but I'm going to ask a friend who does to run a few tests.
In the meantime, do you see any errors in the browser's console?

It is also the same problem with iOS.
I don´t get any error messages. Only the spinner.
Wrong answer from me. I found this in the Javascript console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
does the message say what resource it is that returns a 404 error? Ideally, if you could copy and paste the whole message here?
This is what came up:
It seems to be connected to the google fonts css.
My friend ran some tests and you 2 have the same problem. You must have a retina screen on your mac and the gallery is trying to load x2 images because of that but can't find them. I wonder why it's doing that.
Anyway, I'm going to have a look and hopefully, I should be able to come up with a fix shortly.

OK, thanks for helping out.

Of course :)
Hello again,
You have a third-party script on your website retina.min.js which is interfering with the gallery. It is that script that is trying to load non-existent retina images.
I modified my gallery to take it into account and it should work now.
Could you update the gallery to version 3.3.1, empty your browser's and concrete5's cache to make sure the gallery is using the latest version of the script, and try it?
Please keep me posted so I know if things are ok or not.

Great! Thank you for letting me know.
If you're happy with the gallery, would you mind leaving a review for it, please?
It'll take 2 minutes and it'll be very helpful to other potential users.
And it would mean the world to me. Absolutely no pressure of course :)
You can leave it here: https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/touch-gallery1/reviews...
Thank you and have a great week.

I visitedhttps://weinzatwork.com/index.php/hem/public-art... and it worked for me. Screenshot attached.
Can you tell me more? What page was it? What browser did you use? Do you see any error messages in the browser's console?
