Changes in width or height didn't change the view of the Tag Cloud, is there a way to change something in the code so i can make the Tag Cloud wider?

And is there a way to change the font? I can't find any CSS in the code (the CSS file of the template Cumulus is empty).

I also want to know if there is a way to make the Cloud 2D
