For the most part, I want to use this theme as is but I need to change some colors for the client.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but for some reason, the footer element seems to be sitting on top of the body element. I am trying to add a gradient background to the entire page, but when I make the changes in foundation.css to the body, the changes show up in the area below the footer.

Also, the sticky footer leaves a little space to the left of the screen. It's not horrible, but I can't find the code for this either.
