Breadcrumb length

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I recently updated a slideshow image block that's in the breadcrumb of the website, and I noticed that it is no longer centered. The block itself is centered withith the breadcrumb, but the breadcrumb doesn't seem to be span the length of the body of the page. I've uploaded a screenshot so you can see what I mean.

I checked main.css to see if there was some sort of padding going on, but I didn't find anything. I don't remember the breadcrumb acting like this before, but I did just update to a newer version of Innovation about a week or two ago.

How would I go about dealing with that breadcrumb or centering that slideshow?

Well, we haven't touched any of the layout code so I don't know why your site looks different than it did before.
However, I would recommend not putting a slideshow in the breadcrumb area. We added a new page type to this theme that does exactly what your trying to do. So- go to your Dashboard>Themes> and then click the Inspect button for Innovation. Activate all inactivated page types. Then go back to your page and change the design from Right Sidebar to (I can't remember the exact name of the new page type, I think we called it Feature or something like that) then move your slideshow from the breadcrumb to the featured area.

Let me know if that works.
Thanks,
Ryan

That seemed to do the trick! Although the Featured page has a different width for the main body and I'm getting overlapping blocks. What's the width of the main body?

Also, impages posted in a Content block in the main body of the Featured page now have a default 1px border around them. I'm having troubling finding out how to remove it.

well...
try using the 'Home' page type and see if you have the same width and border issues.
Also, if you post a link to your site I can look at the exact code and solve issues from there.

Sorry and Thanks

Okay,
I took a look at the site and I don't see anything out of place...
the 1px border around images is on line 149 of the main.css #homecontent img Just remove the border style and those will disappear.

The body width on all page types is 960px. So I'm not sure what the overlap your were experienceing is from except both the home page type and the feature page type have some extra columns in them...

Let me know

The red film strips on the main page were 600px long, and they overlapped into the second column. I resized all of them manually to 528px.

Thanks for your help with removing the border style, it's much appreciated!
